Acceptable Use Policy

All services we offer are subject to rules which include the local law of the server’s country and a few rules we enforce ourselves these include but is not limited to, illegal acts, the “mining” of cryptocurrencies, adult content, hosting and or usage of copyrighted software/material without explicit written consent from rightsholders.

1: Reports

If an abuse report is received from a client machine, Cryhosting.net will take approiate action and inform the client of any sort of suspending or termination of services.

Email Spamming or sending emails without the receiver’s consent is considered Abuse/Harassment and will be taken with proper actions.

2:Game Servers

Cryhosting.net (Dolvion Limited) offers game hosting services which are to be used for only the games that we support on our server splitter. You may not use these gameservers to break any local laws of service’s location and any regulations listed in our terms of services.

We will not involve ourselves in “drama” happening in a server we host, we are here to provide a service and not involve ourselves in what’s happening in our client’s community.

You may not use your services for anything that isn’t hosting the games we provide on our server splitter. This includes but isn’t limited to

  1. Storing files not strictly relevent to the game you’re hosting
  2. Leaving large uncompressed files on the server
  3. Unnessicary Storage usage
  4. Using more than 90% of any resource over a period of 6 hours.
  5. Using the service to conduct cyberattacks of any sort.
  6. Using the service in a way that affects us or other users on the node.

Our guidelines for storage usage is 5GB of storage per GB of ram on powerful plans and 10GB of storage per Gb of ram on dedicated+ plans. Our guidelines is also 10GB per GB of ram on any other game hosting we offer on our website (unless we state otherwise), a decision on if we allow you to go above this guideline will be made by our staff at your request.

3: Malicious Content

Cryhosting.net (Dolvion Limited) takes malicious or harmful content seriously and will suspend/terminate services if found to be doing illegal/harmful actions to others computers or networks.

Virtual Servers

Cryhosting.net (Dolvion Limited) offers virtual servers with “limitless” possibilites, your limit here is the law of the service’s location and a few rules that we enforce. We believe in freedom of speech and will protect our users from an illegal attempt to censor them.

As we offer a variety of different types of Virtual servers, we will split each one into their own rule catergory to make things clearer for our clients.

Gaming VPS

Gaming VPS come with Dedicated cores and we allow you to use the entirety of this CPU power. However, we have a few restrictions of what you can do to use this CPU power.

The usage of your service must be in compliance with the local law of the server and any activites prohibited by CryHosting.net (Dolvion Limited) which include but are not limited to, the following:

  1. “Cyberattacks” using the service to conduct network/cyberattacks against any organisation and or third party is strictly prohibited.
  2. “Mining” using the service to “mine” cryptocurrenices
  3. “Portscanning” using the service to attempt to find entrypoints of a machine or network by attempting to connect to every possible port.
  4. “Malicous Use” using the service to host and or distribute content/applications considered illegal by British Law, EU Law, International Law, the law of the service’s location and activites prohibited by Dolvion Limited which include but are not limted to: 4A. Pornography. 4B. Harmful Content such as content containing bullying, discrimination and violence. 4C. Material/Applications that you do not possess the rights to use 4D. Software used for Network/Cyber attacks such as DDoS/Dos attacks

Our Path DDoS Protection here is soley for the purpose of protecting our clients and as a result, we prohibit “testing” DDoS/dos attacks against your own service/having somebody do this for you/encouraging attacks against your VPS.

Deluxe VPS

The usage of your service must be in compliance with the local law of the server and any activites prohibited by CryHosting.net (Dolvion Limited) which include but are not limited to, the following:

  1. “Cyberattacks” using the service to conduct network/cyberattacks against any organisation and or third party is strictly prohibited.
  2. “Mining” using the service to “mine” cryptocurrenices

  4. “Malicous Use” using the service to host and or distribute content/applications considered illegal by British Law, EU Law, International Law, the law of the service’s location and activites prohibited by Dolvion Limited which include but are not limted to: 4A. Pornography. 4B. Harmful Content such as content containing bullying, discrimination and violence. 4C. Material/Applications that you do not possess the rights to use 4D. Software used for Network/Cyber attacks such as DDoS/Dos attacks
  5. “Usage” You may not consistently use above 90% of your server resources for over 6 hours. Our Path DDoS Protection here is soley for the purpose of protecting our clients and as a result, we prohibit “testing” DDoS/dos attacks against your own service/having somebody do this for you/encouraging attacks against your VPS.

We take abuse reports seriously and we try to respond in a timely manner. Please email abuse reports to abuse@cryhosting.net with correct informationa and evidence.

Spamm/troll reports will lead to us blocking your email, this will hinder your ability to make reports in the future.
