CryHosting is setup to provide great service to all clients, we have an internal support team to try and provide the best support to all customers but the client agrees that we remain under no obligation to do so and that we may ban them from support.
Our team works very hard to keep our servers up and running but sometimes maintaince and errors occur and we may go down. We will credit you for the time missed off of your service with us if uptime falls below 100% as a result of us on any given month. You will be credited in percentage within accordance to the downtime. For every percentage of downtime we get, you’re entitled to that percentage in credit if requested in a ticket within 7 days of the downtime.
Exclusions to our SLA Agreement: - Climate/Weather We will not be responsible if any weather issues cause downtime, which include but is not limited to fires, storms, hurricanes, floods. - Internet Issues We will not be responsible if you’re unable to access your server due to internet issues. - Hardware issues We will not be responsible if you’re unable to access your server due to hardware issues. - Unlawful Acts We will not be responsible if you’re unable to access your server due to unlawful acts such as DDoSing. - Planned Downtime, if a downtime is planned and notice has been given in our discord and or panel you’re not entitled to claim. - Unknown Issues, if we’re unable to 100% confirm the cause of a downtime, we’re not responsible for it. - Out of reasonable control, if the issue is out of what we can reasonably control. We’re not responsible for it - If we believe the SLA claim to be fraudulent.
